Well I have moved and I am kind of unhappy with my decision I made awhile ago to upgrade EVERYTHING on my savage to aluminum. Well everything except the bumpers, tires/wheels and the radio box. It just sits around because I am afrade of crashing it. If anyone is interested in the Savage let me know. The engine is a Axial .32. I would like to sell it for around $800. I have way more ($1200) than that into it but i know I wont get full value out of it.

Hey Rolex do you need another Shelf Queen? Nice truck but could never afford that kind of ca$h, good luck..

I knew someone would comment, but I didn't expect it in the first post. This looks like one that I would be willing to run through the mud with.

thats a nice looking rig there, but i'm sure about the price. i'm not saying its not worth it, but there aren't many people willing to drop 800 bucks into 1 truck thats not a 1/5 gasser.

any chance you'll consider parting this bad boy out? if so, send me a PM. i'm interested in the radio box and maybe the engine assembly.

Hey man!!! Told you not to sell it...LOL! Oh well, up to you, sucks anyway! Good luck:spit:

way to cool to get rid of but sucks bein scared of crashing it so what use is it!!!!

I can guarantee you if I spent that kind of time and money making a truck look good, it would never see the outside world. So far I've built my rigs to perform well and hold up well, because they've been to bash. But I'm getting ready to build a custom tube frame truck from the ground up, and it will never get dirty, it will even have a scale car cover to keep it from getting dusty.

Well guys I did it, I took it out and played, I went over a jump and broke the steering arm lol. I have replacements for replacements laying around so it didn't bother me, was back up and running in 30 minutes. I was tuning the Axial and I have gotten allot more power out of it. I'm happy and I'm going to keep it. going to change the clutch bell to a 15 for more bottom end power and I need to adjust my 3 speed tranny.

I'm glad you decided to keep it, because I think you would have had a hard time selling it for that. RC's sell based on the same formula as hot rods and houses, this RC will sell for x amount of dollars in y condition. It doesn't matter if you have spent c dollars or m dollars on it, it will only bring x amount of dollars when you can buy a beand new one for s amount of dollars.

Good call on keeping the truck bro. I have a T-Maxx that I just about built from scratch 3 years ago and it probably doesn't have more than 4 aluminum parts from the original build on it.

I'd at least ditch the aluminum arms... especially since RPM now makes savage arms. Then when you smack into something, your not nearly as likely as bending a hinge pin in your aluminum bulks.

I know how you feel about breaking something, but isnt that why we build them. To break them and give us a chance to work on it again. I have well over $2500 in to my T-maxx. This is over about a years time. I just finished her up after putting about $700 in to her for this last round. Now I keep breaking pull starts with the picco .26max so I have to dump more for a rotostart and now I need a new pipe as well.
Its a hobby, at least your not spending your money on drugs or hookers!! LOL

so fully alloyed up and the trucks still break?? oh no.. :whhooo: if i ever get that revo going i wanted to use it on ramps.. i was gonna buy a bmx ramp. the revo doesn't even have any alloy in it..what hope have i got!

btw ur pix are so sexy! you've created a beauty queen :worship:
