Ok i was cleaning my maxx and i see the thing the wheel go on is cracked I dont know what the part is called so if anyone can help with it thanks

Wheel hex/wheel hub. Not sure if yours is using a 17mm or the standard 14mm. Either way, upgrade to alloy instead of plastic. It will let you tighten your wheel nuts down without flexing and binding/cracking like the plastic ones do.
 
Just replace them with the Traxxas steel 14 mm hexes, like the ones used on the E-Revo.
 
Get adapters and new rims. I'm not sure what adapters will work with the 3.3 maxx. I know traxxas makes some for the revo and the revo carriers/axles look a lot like the 3.3 maxx setup you have.
