I bought mine off ebay. It's much cheaper than trying to piece it together at the LHS. Well, it's cheaper because you get more than what you need typically.

You need the following:
2-speed low gear hub w/OWB (LOSB3410 - $21.84)
2-speed high gear hub w/bearing (LOSB3411 - $16.99)
63T Spur (LOSB3424 - $4)
70T Spur (LOSB3420 - $4)
button head screws (LOSA6245 - $2)
Total of $49.

I paid $43 shipped on eBay for a LST1 two speed assembly and it came with the spur housing, entire slipper assembly, thrust bearing, locknut, bearing washers and bushings for the slipper assembly.

The guy I bought mine from has another one that was used for break-in for $36.44 shipped.

That's what I bought, but mine was unused.

He has the exact same thing I bought for the same price as well:

I didn't want to buy used... just in case.

The only thing it doesn't come with is the LST2 rear spur gear cover. I made one out of lexan. The RPM one is a waste of $. I tried to make it work, but it slightly rubbed on the back of my gear and wore a nasty groove in it.

The LST1 and LST2 have the exact same part #'s for the two speed assembly. The only differences between the LST1 and LST2 for the 2-speed are the clutch bell and clutch shoes only (the parts on the engine) and the rear gear cover thing.
