Hello all

I know many of you have their choices but....

Can some of you give me some good choices of a RTR nitro to look at.

I have been running electric for a while and now want to move into nitro.

I want something that comes with some good mods etc. looking to spend up front around $450 or so.

I have been looking but with so many choices not sure where to start.

Thanks in advance
Tim

Two words: Traxxas T-Maxx. Under $400 and all the hop-ups one could EVER want. There are even two flavors--the origional 2.5 and the new 3.3. Check 'em out at www.traxxas.com.

WOW,

You guys are great...

To add, off road, race and or bash. Its like this, whatever I get my son will want one also, so he will most want to bash where I will most likely race.

Truggys look cool, but i'm not partial either way.

I will look at the links also thank you!

Thanks again

Tim

Savaggggggggggggge alllllllllll the freakkkkkkkeeeeeeen way!!!

you might be able to get a MT like the savage or tmaxx for that money, but with you not owning nitro already your gonna have to throw down more money for fuel, fuel bottle, ignitor, extra glow plugs, your gonna need a temp gun, and there is more just all i can think of now.

just something to think about when considering.

So i take it u r out around Tracy and them at RC Power Hobbies?

I know Action Hobbies in Waton, Hobby Town in BR, but not sure of the others. I would like to know about them, where are they?

joneser4u,

I used to fly so I have some of the stuff I need. I don't mind spending more, I was just thinking of a starting point.

Thanks to all for the info. I have been looking for a while now.
