Adjusting shocks on a Redcat Blackout xte pro

How do you adjust the shock to run over a rough grass covered lawn. Should the shocks be stiff?

@mcc1961 You want the shocks to soak up the rough stuff. If you are not doing a lot of jumps, then I'd start with 30w~35w silicone shock oil all around.
