A Main still pending?!?!?

Has anyone had any issues with A Main taking forever to post a payment? I wrote a thread the other day because I was worried about it and decided to wait it out, but now the order has been pending for well over 24 hrs. Just got in touch with the bank they confirmed that they have a hold on the money. I might just be paranoid but internet transactions tend to make me nervous. Thanks to anyone that can help with some feedback about this.

I put the order in around 4AM Sunday morning my time (EST). So the pending time is normal? I never really used the net to buy things so as I said, I'm probably over reacting.

they probably don't process orders on sunday so your order should change status sometime today.

Actually I finally got in touch with them and they dont process orders at all during the entire weekend. All weekend orders are taken care of first thing monday when they get in. They put my mind to ease though and assured me they have the order and would ship it out today yet. Within 20 mins after I was off the phone with them the order status changed to "Packing Order" and it just now changed again to shipped along with the tracking #. I'm impressed even though I was a tad apprehensive about making a purchase online. Now I guess I'll see just how good the USPS is since I've never had a package shipped all the way from California.

Thanks to those that replied and also thanks for not making fun of me having a minor meltdown due to my own ignorance. Yet another reason why I love RCNT so much. :bow:

I've ordered tons of stuff online. Even made my last home computer buy online. That's not to say bad things could/can happen to any one of us at any time, but I've never had a bad experience buying stuff online. I used to be the 'instant gratification' kind of guy, but since I have kids I have to be a little more thrifty with the $$, so I don't mind waiting.

Glad to see they got it on it's way to ya. The USPS shipping is so-so, the tracking info doesn't even compare to FedEx or UPS but the price is better.

A main is my favorite place to order from and during business hours they are the fastest rc site that I have bought from...too bad they rarely have what I want.

A Main is a legit company, however like many places they weekend orders don't get processed right away. A lot of people don't work or the normal staff is greatly reduced.

Give them time, 24 hours is nothing to be worried about.

I think it's because you ordered it on Sunday. They don't do anything on weekends. I believe they should start boxing and shipping by tomorrow.
