Sorry guys but the lectric forum sucks so i wanted so quick help, I need to know what is a good brand of ESC, and what to stay away from

I have used the Duratraxx Intellispeed and the Novak Rooster with great results.

I don't really do any electric stuff, but LRP and Novak come to mind when I think ESC...

kekin has a vast amount of esc units available check them out!

I don't know what you're putting this into, but the Novak "Spy" ESC is very popular with the micro rs4 kits. Now, understand that I don't know jack about ESC stuff. Is the "spy" good for every ESC application? I donno, but they seem to be choice for the micros.

The spy seems like a decent ESC but I dont know if it can handle the power of the standard 540 can size motors. Typically the micros use smaller motors so the current draw isnt as much.

To give a good answer it would be nice to know what kind of car your putting this into, and how many turns your motor have. For a 12-turn motor you'll need something like a Novak GT-7 or the new Nosram Dominator which is said to be 100% waterproof.
