70tooth spur gear

does any one no where i can get a metal 70tooth spur gear. i finally finished putting a .28 engine in my rustler and I'm going through spur gears like crazy

That is the the reason you are going though spurs....next will be the tranny. Post pictures of this .28 Rusty. Golden Horizon or R/R "might" make one but you may be outta luck there.

EDIT: Robinson makes a 72 in steel.

Yup looks like you will just have to run you a bigger bell gear to get your top end speed.

yea its really good off the line i took it racing yesterday went through 2spur gears. i found out i can move the engine the little i need to fit a 72tooth. but what i can do is leave the slipper clutch just loose enough so it wont tear up my tranny
