i was thinking of using the throttle . hooked up to an ESC , then clipping the wires to the rockets and using the spark that is sent from the esc to the (motor) to light them off ... would that work ? if not, i can get a tmaxx 3 channel for like 5 bucks on ebay ..

i plan on recording it ... 2 of my friends and i have digital camcorders, so we will get a few different angles on it
