hi guys whats the biggest engine
i can put into my 4 tec ?
it has a o.s 18 cv-r but thinking it getting wore out so looking for bigger more power thanks guys

You could probably get a bibblock conversion but you need to remember that the car was built for a smallblock and alot of the components probably can't handle the extra power unless you upgrade them as well. Personally OS makes a good powerplant and I would reinvest in a rebuild kit for cheap $. Just my .02

I have to agree, I think anything bigger than an .18 in that rig is only going to cause more problems.

ya i have only found like one rebuild kit on ebay for like 180 some thing and from what i have heard they stopped making that mill so idk I'm going to try and re seal it and see if i can bring back some power. I love the mill still has more power than a 2.5 so ya.

There are other OS versions available that should be a direct dropin. The rebuild kit was gonna cost $180ish? Had to be a misread there. You can get a completely new powerplant for that price if not cheaper. Most motor rebuild kits may run around $60ish for a new piston, sleeve, and typically a conrod included. Keep lookin for a rebuild kit... theyre out there...somewhere!!
