Is it normal for me to not be able to close my 3.3 carb all the way before the screw comes out? Because it will only close about 1mm then the screw is loose.

Is it connected to the servo linkage while doing this?

I have many 3.3s and I've never had this issue...I can close my carbs to almost no gap at all. Is it the stock Carb?

Yes it is connected to the linkage and it has been like this since it was new.

Sounds like a linkage issue. Disconnect the linkage, see if the carb will then close all the way without the screw falling out. If it does you will need to adjust the linkage.

Just give the linkage a few turns and make it shorter. When you do this you'll have to readjust idle so pull the filter and set to 1mm

Wait I had it backwards ugh. It needs to be longer. A longer linkage will will close the Carb more sorry!
