Forget about the way it looks on the outside, copper pipes, it has a mechanism to keep the proper back pressure so that the engine makes lots of power and the fuel keeps flowing. I know I'm new to this sport or hobby or whatever it is, but my engineering and computer background helped me to workout the design before I ever built it. I wouldn't put a device on my Buggy to ultimately slow it down. Would you? I'm sorry if I offended your idea of how an exhaust should look or work. My mission in life is to challenge the world around me. Nitro cars are the next step in that mission. Besides that it's kinda fun.
