OK guys, I did a few searches, & it just confused the hell out of me... lol
I was running a GA 3 shoe clutch setup, with 23tcb & RRP 72t spur. It was a 1/10th scale setup basically. After melting the shoes, scarring the flywheel & tearing up the spring......
I decided to step it up a notch to an 1/8th scale setup...
I'm running a Hyper 8 port.
My question is... If I get the RRP steel 65t spur & Ofna 3 shoe clutch setup, what size cb should I run for a happy medium of speed & torque? Note, it will be an 1/8th scale cb... Probably an Ofna.
The diffs are upgraded, but still standard gearing, no ultralites as of yet...
Any insight is greatly appreciated...
