2 speed transmissions

Is there anyway to have a 2 speed transmission on a electric rig? That was my favorite thing about my old nitro I had that you could hear it shifting lol

After thinking about it I guess there's not. I'm pretty sure even all the electric Teslas and stuff out now are only 1 speed LoL. I just like hearing a RC car shift gears

I happen to have a 3.3 waiting to save enough money to start next project LoL. I have been having such a good time with this project! I had no idea how far electric has came!!!!

I remember a couple people doing it on a Tmaxx conversion. Usually ended up destroying the 2nd gear from the torque of the electric motor. But you're not going to get the shifting noise like hearing the nitro engine's rpm change. If you want the shifting noise on an electric you're going to need one of the sound systems they have out there.
