2 speed or 3 speed transmission?

So I took apart my savage gearbox just to be noisy and iam confused there are 3 man cogs and anyone tell me is this a 3 speed or 2 speed transmission

You can tell how many speeds. Buy the count of gears on your drive gear shaft...
I'm pretty sure you can fit the 3rd gear in that tranns. If you want it to be a 3 speed...
