I am thinking of putting two fuel tanks on my sportmaxx.i think i might want to have a little thing that only lets 1 tank have fuel flow then i can just switch it when 1 tank gets low. like on hoses.

how bout if you just hook 'em up inline style? output of tank one goes to input of tank two... then output of tank two goes to the carb

thanks thats a cool idea the tank I'm putting on is a pretty big tank used on mi ofna force 3.5 engine.

I'm currently working on hooking up 4 tanks for my twin .26 Maxx. Two tanks per engine. Sullivan 2 oz tanks. All said and done I'll be runnin about 240cc's. Should give me some really nice run times...as long as it works :)

it goes like this...
exhaust - input tank 1
output tank 1 - input tank 2
output tank 2 - carb

if that a little confusing substitute "pressure line" for "input" and "fuel line" for output. Hope that clarifys.

btw, I just turned over my Oulaws today for the first time. Didn't have a problem. I only heat cycled them (let 'em idle) but it seemed fine. And I have a shitload of fuel line on this thing so in case your worried about too much fuel line don't. It'll be cool.

no problem, glad to hear it worked out for ya. I'll be posting some pics of my Maxx with 4 tanks here in a little bit in another thread

When can we see the picture? I am thinking to add another fuel tank on my maxx too. Where do you guys get the fuel tank from? I am just sick and tired of refueling every 15 min because I am running my maxx on rich most of the time.

here's a link

The trays are made of 2mm plexiglass but I will soon be refabricating them with some .155" Carbon Fiber... as soon as it get's here

i got mine from a old car just buy another t-maxx tank and mount it on the bac
