1/14 Desert Buggy DIY Body

Is there a way or a source where I could find a 1/14 scale desert buggy body that I could craft using pvc/sintra board? It's for my WLtoys 144001. If you have or know any sources you could share, that would be great. Thanks!

It could help if I have the mold. I was thinking of making my own out of a PVC board and some plastic tubes and glue them altogether.

If you have the original body then make your mold using plaster.
