So...I have had my nitro buggy for a month now and have yet to even pull start it yet...LOL!
The reason why is because I have been reading and scouring the internet for info...after days upon days of youtube videos, reading old post on here, and googling and ebaying everything a bunch...I have decided on a few immediate upgrades to do...
I have two futuba s3004 BB, a cheap work stand, a hand full of O'donnells purple sport medium GPs, and a new air filter setup from integy, all coming to me on friday.
The game plan is to tear this thing completely apart and do the upgrades now rather than wait for them to break or or whatever. I am going to seal the engine as well. I would like to upgrade the A arms and or hubs to aluminum...but my budget only allows for $30 every two weeks. (darn bills and responsibilities...) Also I plan to get over sized shocks for it on my next order...
After sealing and rebuilding I plan to heat cycle for the break in...
Anyone know of decent wheels for a 12mm hex size?
any other suggestions are welcome, I love learning new stuff.
