This is my yd-2s. It's new to me as of 3 days ago. The setup is as follows. . . . .
Yokomo rpxII drift spec esc with xerun bandit 10.5t stock motor the yokomo bl-wm module for wifi and Bluetooth tuning of the esc a yg-302 gyro and a hobby park hd4523mg servo yokomo c tires on 6mn offset wheels. But alas iv found issues . . . . .UGH! I am finding the lock from left to right is way off. I have clearances everything and set all turn buckles and arms to factory setting and changed the serv but still getting very low lock on the right side compared to the left. I added a video to show the issue. And input would be greatly appreciated thanks. . . . . Ok I can't add a video I guess so pics it is

Are you able to get full range of motion with the servo disconnected from the steering assembly?
Did you put radio's steering trims in the neutral position, and centered the servo output spline before you put the horn on?
Does the ball stud on the servo horn give the same orientation of the servo drag link as shown in the manual?

Yes to all but the servo horn. It came with a aluminum servo horn so I don't have the oem servo horn.

Are you sure the dual/steering rate is set to maximum? That servo should have 90° of motion in each direction. What you show in your pictures is not a full 90° in either direction.

I'm running a yg-302 with pot an switches only. I have the

It appears that the gyro doesn’t have an end point option. Therefore you’d have to set your endpoints through your transmitter for the servo. Crank it up a bit and see if it improves. Just be cautious and try not to put too much stress on the servo or it’ll burn out quicker. My personal recommendation would be to get a yokomo V4 gyro that you can actually set your endpoints through. Just overall better quality and more adjustable. Definitely won’t give you as many issues.

I’m having similar issues with a Traxxas steering servo, hopefully someone will find a solution.
