yet another problem with my slash

so my slash stopped working the other day found out the motor was toast. got a new motor and now the damn thing wont program!!
anybody know why this is?!?!?

if i have to request another part from traxxas i will be pissed.
I'm starting to effin hate this damn thing

Sorry to hear this. Have you looked in the manual or called customer service? I know that is a bit extreme but it would help. As for programing, there is a section in the manual that explains how to get it back to factory setting. I am assuming you have looked at that but, encase you didn't, I thought I would post a reminder. The Slash is a great kit and it sad to hear someone getting a lemon if that is the case.

yeah I've programmed it a few times into traing mode so my friends could use it. and it went right back into sport mode when i wanted it to. but I'm going to buy my little bro a rustler and was training him to drive with my slash. then i wanted to drive it so i tried programming it to race mode. that didnt work. tried sport mode. didnt work. tried training mode. also didnt work. so now its just stuck at a red light. has a fresh batt. and everything. i guess ill contact traxxas today ad see what they say.

ok so i was messin around with it this morning and it will work in sport mode when the transmitter is set to 70/30 but when its on 50/50 it starts rolling forward and i can't set the throttle trim and it doesn't have reverse. but i have to set into sport mode while the transmitter is on 70/30 otherwise it wont work. I'm so confused

In the manual there is something that helps you get it recalibrated or back to factory setting. Look in the index, there should be something there. I had to do it one time. On page 15 in the manual explains a lot.
