o.s .18 cv-r' it has a useless clutch bell/flywheel but has a pull starter carb low hours has "9/10"? compression probably a little bs, for $48, so id need a pipe, which i have, new clutch, flywheel , what you think yes or no

A Traxxas Tmaxx Pro .15 clutch and flywheel will fit. I've got a traxxas flywheel, clutch and robinson racing 22 tooth clutchbell on my os 18cvrx. It's a very good engine and I have an os 12 that I never broke in maybe 10 years ago and it still rocks.

i won the item so when i get it ill change out the flywheel ect out, he said that it has a flywheel and clutch bell on it from a hpi street car, its weird it has two layers or teeth on the bell and no clutch shoes, I'm just hoping it doesn't have a long shaft would i have to cut it down

Depends on what kind of long shaft it has. If it's threaded, yes, you will probably have to cut it down. If it's a pilot shaft, then no, should be able to use it as it is.

Guessing his car had a two speed. Odd that he'd sell it with the engine... those are generally purpose built and more than likely won't do you any good at all.

There's a few things to know when cutting the shaft, so when you get it, post up your questions.
