X-Factory is doing limited quantities of their new SC truck, the SCX-60. For those unfamiliar with X-Factory, they make mid-motor chassis and components kits for use with the Associated B4 and T4. The SCX-60 is based on the X-60 kit (T4 based). I should have mine in hand within the next week or so, I'll post up pics and driving impressions asap! Their trucks has been extremely fast at national events, and they claim corner speed is noticeably higher due to the improved chassis balance. If anyone is interested in one let me know and I'll get you into contact with Chazz from X-Factory. Really a great guy, and from what I've seen and heard their products are top-notch.

315.00 and shipping all pass .......just for a some parts???????

To each their own. For racers who seek a true competitive advantage, that's not that much money. Consider the investment of buying a Slash, then equipping it with an LCG chassis ($100) and the ProTrac kit ($60) and the PowerStroke shocks ($100). And you still need electronics. Not too far off from the cost of an X-Factory SCX-60 SC10 conversion, provided you have an SC10. I've driven one- it's like cheating, seriously. Mine is on it's way!

i did the who slash proline thing yea 300 later ....it sucks ...it jump good ....you dont need this to go fast.... save you money for the best lipos and electronics .radio...a chassis not going to make you faster....just drive better....electronics will help out ...stop buying the cheap stuff..

Hey jonpfive, ignore the guy, he just loves to try downgrade people I've noticed. Haven't read any constructive things from him yet. The SCX-60 sounds cool. Make sure you post some pics of it!

I will for sure. Can't wait to get mine- I drove the one I built for my uncle and was amazed at it's "out of the box" handling. SC10 RTR shocks, half-assed camber/toe settings (in a rush on raceday), year old x-11 13.5 and a NiMH battery. I drove past guys in the corners like they were driving stock slashes. Once I get mine setup and tuned to my liking it's gonna be tough to beat.
