Ok... I have now finnaly decided to try electric out. I really was thinking about getting one of those X-Mods to run around but saw the price of them at Radio Crack this evening and realized they are complete crap and cost too much (Just my .02, no one get offended by that statement please)

The OK has allready come down the chain from the wife and i will be completely honest and say I don't want to spend too much here, and it does not necesarily have to be a complete rig. I am looking for something I can take apart/ and preferably put back together with relative ease.

Simply put I will NOT be bashing this thing. It will be a completely indoors model, will not be jumped but I would like something that I can let the kids next door play with outside as well. Does not have to be too tough but I would like some speed in it.

Regardless of what I mentioned above I would like one with an instruction manual and an ESC. Motor and batter pack/charger Preferably two or thre packs.

All in al, something simple. Put together and RTR. If it has a bit of clearance I could do with a mini on-road but would perfer something a little beefier cause most of my house is carpeted.

Again, thanks for looking guys, someone help me out here!

I wasn't really looking to drop more than a hunderd bucks in all honesty. BUT, now that I havee seen just how much these little things run in the stores I don't think i will be finding one that cheap anywhere.

I definately like the look of the little MT you linked, but I think that might actually be too big. Like I said, the little family of kids (six of em to be exact) are all a bunch of little wrencheads that love helping thier dad work on the car. One fo them finnaly got up the nerve to come outside while I was running the Mammoth last weekend and he has been hooked since. Now I can't even get the thing primed without this kid looking over my shoulder- So I figured I could do something nice and get somethign smaller for the kid to play with. That way if he hits a car or something my insirance will cover it for the most part :(

Also, my cat wouldn't chase that big thing... Yes... it is corny, but I picked up one of those little electric mouse things from the Wal-maert down the street and the cat went completely NUTS over that thing. kept him spellbound all night long, so I will also be using whatver I get, IF I get something to play with the cat.

All in All, this is just something to get me a little more familiar with electric models and something fun to do after the neighbors call my missus to tell me to stop running the noisy nitros.

I have this little car thats a zip zap. Its a monster truck that is 4wd. I have 3 upgrade motors for it, and different gears. I know it may be smaller than what your looking for, but its not very expensive. LMK if interested, and i can get pics.

Tweak I have a MIni-T I'll sell if you're interested....it's got stock electronics, Ti turnbuckles, CVDs (w/ the heat shrink mod already done to keep the pins in), DYnamite Batt pack w/ dean's connector ( I have 2 orion packs that need plugs put on them, I do know they work just not sure if they are "fully peak" chargeable (if that makes sense)....also comes w/ a nicely painted crown pleaser body......it needs a motor is all, I raped the Orion to throw in my M18...If I find the stock motor I'll put it in but they are like 10 bucks......
125 shipped to you...LMK if you need pics..I can snap some tonight and e-mail em to ya....

I dont know if I can offer to sell you stuff because of the posts rule, but if your interested I have a team associated rc10t that is rtr.

he wants a mini.

RedHatMan: NOT interested.

Savage18SS: Thanks for the try man, but I really have to get a mini before I try running a ful sized electric model.

Plaidfish: Definatley interested bro. Shoot me some pics/part numbers and I will get back with you ASAP

tweak PM your E-mail addy....I don't have any photochop software to reduce the pic sizes for posting.......they are at home so I can send later if you get your addy to me......and since I can't use the Orion for another 20 I'll throw that in and it's a complete RC.....I have another one from my M18 that the hole is not stripped......it's a new Baja motor I've run for 5 mins on my M18

if you havent bought one yet, my friend wants to cell his mini-t. It has couple brand new extra pinions, reedy mini-max with only about 2 batteries on it, an 8 cell battery pack, Brand new, never been run stock servo. He said he would like to get a little over $100 out of it for everything, o yea, and he has a superbrain 959 charger. so probably close to $120 shippped, +/- $10.

Once Again, RedHatMan: NOT Interested.

Plaid, Sent ya addy and PM, waiting for reply, Thanks for looking out man!
