wrong plug??

ok I've tried everything. i ve checked multiple threads asked tons of people. cleaned everything. even found some things that i thought were the problem and fixed them ans still nothing. got gas going to the carb even poured it in the carb and still wouldnt even fire. glow plug still glows a nice bright color. ignitor fully charged. no air bubbles in fuel lines. so the only thing i have left to do is maybe the wrong type of plug??? i got a LC4 medium in it. if its not the plug then its going. this thing is getting me mad. i have alot of patience but when its running awesome one day then just will not start the next i get a little agitated. one last plea for help. thanks guys.

As long as the plug is not too long and hitting the piston at TDC any working plug will run any working engine, it may not run up to its potential, but the engine will run.

Even though the plug may be glowing the platinum coating on the plug coil can wear away and cause starting/running issues or the plug may not be getting hot enough to combust the fuel mix. When in doubt, try a NEW plug.

nitro's do blow.i got two engines in a years time that ran raped one day and not at all the next due to loss of pinch. neither one overheated or lack of lube.i always use a heatgun cause its too easy+i use only oddonell's+i add xtra oil.there just seems to be a fine line on nitro's slight pinch running then ka-put!take the engine off then turn the flywheel until tdc then hold the flywheel and see if the engine will hold its own without falling over,,,,,if it hold then its new plug time.obviously try plug first cause its easy,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

so i am going to the LHS and getting a new plug then. it still has good compression so i hope its the plug
