hey i got that .21 on trade and a guy a my LHS said it's a SH .21. my question is could i have the wrong carb on it? because when i'm running it it has a lot of blue smoke, but as i turn the needle down to lean it out (1/8 turn at a time) it just dies at one point. then it just doesn't want to start unless i richen it back up.

is this right?
HSN tightened=lean
loosened=rich

and i honestly have no idea what the LSN is for. need lots of tuning help.

+1. I just read your post again and noticed you are making small adjustments. Make sure to drive it around for a couple of minutes between adjustments to let them take.

yeah i tried a bunch more times. my problem was thinking there was a problem. i took it to hobbytown usa and they literally set it to factory settings and started it right up. then tuned it from there. so pretty myuch i just didnt know how to tune it, and they helped. being hands on with the tuning really helped alot.

Sure. And the more you do it, the easier it will become. Just remember to make one adjustment at a time, let it take and remember what you did so if the engine runs worse, you can put it back to where it was and go the other way.
