  1. Bashing
Saw axials end of the year sale on tower and was wanting to take advantage of the poison spider wraith with the free battery for 350. Then saw the new deadbolt. I like to trail ride and bash not really into just the crawling at a course. Now I love running into a tough climb in a trail but I love doing it all Mud, trail, climb, bash. I have the scx10 but always wanted a wraith after driving one because of the wider axels and 2.2 tires. Just not sure if anyone has experience with the deadbolt with it being new , I really just don't care for the length, seems like the longer wraith is better for trail riding and bashing.

I personally think the Wraith is a better option for the things you mention. The Deadbolt is just the old Ridgecrest with a new body, driver figure, and tires. The Ridgecrest was already an old design based on the original AX10. Then again, I'm a bit biased. :D

Having an SCX-10 I'd agree on the Wraith. The Deadbolt appears to be a re-hash of the SCX-10.

Went ahead and got the wraith, pics to come when she arrives. And yes I know all of you are like why is he worried about the battery, and why wouldn't he get the kit? but it also was an additional 50 off the RTR and the reason for wanting the niMH is because of the little one. Trying to get him started and it's easier to teach throttle control that way, at least for me.

Oh boy, get ready for it to spends lots of time on its roof :D
