just got the .18 on the revo broken in! OS has a new customer!!! this thing is awesome! just wondering if any of you guys have had any idling problems with this mill? I think I have a close to perfect tune but seems like a can't find the perfect idle. I need to turn the throttle trim up to get it started. once its started and ran for 1-2 min idle is high. after turning the hrottle trim down its fine. then after 5 min or so idle high again. I adjust the idle on the carb to where it seems smooth than its shuts off. this happens every time I let the truck cool down and then try to run it again. also temp are 240-260 is this ok? also wondering what is the best clutch bell/spur combo to use. I want wheelie action but nice top speed. I'm using 14/40 now and I dont think I like it. any info much appreciated.

Why don't you like the gearing you have? To slow off the line, to many wheelies?

I've had a similar experiance with my OS 21 RG that I bought off a member here. It was new and I probably have about 2 gallons through it. I can't get it to idle right yet. Then my other OS 21 RG I have in my buggy that has 15 gallons through it (pinched at 11) will sit there and idle all day, nice and steady.

I use a 36 spur and stock clutchbell and I wheelie just fine. Just tighten your slipper a little bit. But between my os and rb I hate wheelies now lol

I'm running the close ratio gears and a 16/36 spur/clutchbell and it stays to the ground pretty good with a ton of low end punch.

i finally got mine broken in and i love it. not having the idleing problems though. it is a sweet engine so far. i love the power, have to be careful though and not gas it to hard of the line.
