I just got back from hobby town and I have a Trx 3.3 engine on order! They didn't have any in stock but a shipment is on it's way. I'm goin down to Fayeteville North Carolina this week to see my dad so Ima get him to buy me parts for my truck since he didn't et me crap for my b day. I did the traxxas erp to get the 3.3. Traded in my 2.5. Can't wait!!!

yea I've heard great things from the 3.3. I'm down in North Carolina visiting my dad right now. ima get him to buy me parts for my truck while I'm down here and when i get back up north to Pennsylvania I'm gonna break in me new engine can't wait!

I'd seal that engine from the get-go to eliminate the possibility of leaks. Remember to heat it up when you start it. And always take the piston out of the pinch when you shut it off. Just move the flywheel until it's at the loosest spot. Have some extra glow plugs on hand. Break-in is rough on them. Don't forget your temp gun as well.

yea, i am going to seal it right away. I'm going to pick the engine up tomorrow. i just got back from North Carolina last night. tomorrow I'm gonna buy a bunch of parts off ebay so i an get my new engine in and running

Omg I can't believe it! I went to my lhs today to see if my engine came in and to get a few parts and the guy that works there said that traxxas ran out of 3.3 engines! He said there should be a shipment in soon though. While I was there I picked up 2 glow plugs, a blue rpm front bumper, and a black front skid plate. Hopefully i can get my engine soon =]
