Hey Guys,

Can someone refresh my momory as to how you are supposed to wire the switch, battery and failsafe please? I can turn the truck on and off, but the failsafe light is always on even when I break the battery connection. I have a charge lead so I can charge the battery in the buggy. Any help would be great. Thanks!

Tom

If you are referring to a failsafe like the Ofna Micro, then it always goes between the receiver and the throttle/brake servo. All other wiring remains the same.

Yes, an Ofna micro failsafe. Ok. I will check the connections one more time. I should know this... It has been a while. Thanks!

Damn it! I had the failsafe connected right... I had the leads coming from the switch reversed. Rookie mistake! Anyway.... all goes on and off as it should now. By the way... do you guys leave your reciever batteries connected to the reciever all the time and just turn the switch on and off. Or do you turn the switch off and disconnect the battery from the reciever too? Thanks

Tom

Right! Now that I have everything installed.... I am getting some glitching while the radio is on.... the throttle is twitchy.... I am not sure what the problem is.... maybe a low charge on the battery?

Unplug the failsafe and plug the T/B servo direct to the RX. If the problem goes away then it's your failsafe.

Thanks.. I will give that a shot. The reciever battery is about a year or so old and has not been charged in at least that long. I don't dwadle in nitro much any more and recently got the bug again, and am getting my buggy back in shape.
