To increase the cooling of the engine my plan was to cut out the wind shield, but should i cut out a part of the wind shield or the entire?

Better if you make round openings in the windshield so you don't weaken the roof of the body.

I use to use a body reamer to create a pattern of holes.

Ok, will cut a small hole in the wind shield. But I'm gonna use a cone drill.

Like Rolex said, stick to rounded edges, corners will rip on a rollover. Also, don't make the whole too big or else it'll weaken the shell.

It's also a benefit to make the hole on the same side the engine is on. Air comes in and goes straight back to the head without any turbulence.

Too small of a hole does no good!...if you tune your mill perfect without the lid and then pop the lid on it can and will lean out if the airflow isn't there like it was when uncovered

This is the result, rate it plz
