Window mask advice pls ?

Hi everyone,

Not fully introduced myself yet but I have a pressing engagement with a bodyshell that I am stuck with ?
I am doing a florescent yellow single colour RC body (polycarbonate) using Core RC paint ?....my issue is the last time I did one I masked the windows up painted the body but when I removed the masks so I could smoke the windows ....the smoke paint showed through my main colour ?.....I was thinking this time I mask off the windows ....paint main colour then do a over coat in solid white ?....then remove masks and smoke windows ... would this work or is their any better method folks
