hi guys i have a hsp atomic warhead with a vx18 engine, i have come to the conclusion that the piston or sleeve is excessively worn even tho I've never run it since buying it second hand, i can turn the flywheel easilly with one finger! my question is will this pistin and sleeve fit my engine.

its a PEAK RACING 6136 PISTON/LINER FOR SIDE EXHAUST .18

my engine spec is a small block, rotary carb, standard crank, side exhaust, tota-start engine. (rota start an add on)

I would try to find a piston/sleeve that is stated for the vx18. The one you asked about might be for an 18 motor but may not be the correct one for a vx18. I have a vx18 in one of my nitros and the piston/sleeve is available online.

I am in the US and I have ordered from www.redcatracing.com and www.rufaster.com . Redcat uses the VX.18 motor in alot of their 1/10 scale nitros. I don't know if they ship to the UK though. The HSP Atomic Warhead has the same engine as the Redcat Tsunami that I have.
