I want to put Proline Jumbo's on my Savage and was wondering if my turning circle will be affected? The Savage does not turn sharp with the stockers as is!

Funny! I have a 5 cell hump pack that I charge fully before I go out to play. I just wanted to know if these tires and rims have any negative affect at all?

Honestly, I have the Big Joe 40 series and was more impressed with the way they handled more-so than any other monster truck tire. ESPECIALLY on the Savage. The turning radius seemed to be SLIGHTLY affected but not enough to make me turn away from them. Just make sure you dril 1/8th inch holes in the rims or you will blow the tires off like I did.

They are light as well. This is a plus when it comes to speed. Bigger tire, more surface rotating, higher speed. Especially since they dont weigh you down.

You will however want a stronger than stock steering servo. I run the 5645MG hitec with the 6volt hump pack and its all good.

Hope this helps.

I have a better servo already 7kg/cm. Stock is 5kg/cm. Are these tires and rims lighter than stock?

They may be about the same. At least close. I will scale them as accurately as possible tomorrow. I have a scale at work but did not bring the tires in today.

The Jumbos are heavier than stock.

The turn radius is widened a bit, but that is what drifting and power sliding were made for.

Go with the HiTec HS5645MG as Chris pointed out. 160oz-in of torque is a beautiful thing.
