Have ya ever owned/drove one?? Try it and then youll have your answer. What do you prefer?

There the toughest MT's Hands down, and are just dependable all over. The best overall MT out there in my book.

I prefer the CEN MT2!!

What other rc's have you owned? Have you ever owned or seen a Savage? I was a big Traxxas fan but decided to try a Savage because it was suposidly a great basher and thats what I do. The Savage is awesome, It has taken very bad landings, multiple cart wheels, one head on collision that I just knew something had broke and nothing broke! Plus HPI mills are reliable and easy to tune. Just an all around fun, tough truck, That is why so many people love the Savage. I'm not cutting down Traxxas but the Savage is better suited for what I do with an rc.

you wouldn't understand if you never owned 1 or have seen 1 running and take the beating they do
they are simply awsume

The Savage is the toughest truck on the market, there is no argument. Nothing comes close.....except maybe my Revo.jk, or am I? lol

you asked for ppl's opinions on the savage and why they are so popular and we have answered now you want to argue over this fact when you have never owned 1 !!
and if i am not mistaken the truckzilla is a wildly hopped savage

if you have never drivin or even seen a savage then there is NO way you can compare it to a cen. I've seen the cen. my lhs had a demo cen that broke 7 times and never completed one lap on the track. i have personaly put my savage through things that i didnt think even a savage would handle and came out unscathed.

hell i climb trees with my savage!!. try that with your cen.

edit: why does your name say texas but your location is london??

I have seen a salvage they are cool but i still prefar my cen i might think of getting a salvage and I grow up in texas and i am moving back from london in a year!!!

It's not texas....It's Texas !

You got to show some pride when living here:)

Anyways, the twin Zilla MT is nothing but a Savage on steriods. I've never seen a Savage but I do know enough to know these people out here know their trucks. If they tell me it's a bad ass truck, I'm inclind to believe them. Now me on ther other hand, I own a Revo and I beat the holy crap out it all the time. This last time out I slammed it into a dryed up pile of cement left over from someone building the houses in my area. The truck usualy gets some air but I over turned while about to jump it. I freaked out because I could hear it smack the cement over 15 feet away. I drove the truck up to me and checked it out. The truck servived with nothing but a few more scratches. I roll this the end over end or side over side with zero issues. It's just a nice well made machine taht I wouldn't trade. Now in the future, if something does happen to my Revo, I would buy a Savage. That way I could have some personal experience in which truck is better to me.

your kidding with prefering a Cen over a SAVAGE right? I'm not baggin on ya (To much) but Cen is kinda like Duratrax. I can count all the fans on one hand.

well it's obvious you got a CEN MT and are liking it...that's the important part.....If/when you find it lacks the potential for fun you're lookin for then get a savage or another truck to see what you like better....I'll almost guarantee you;ll like the savage better.....for now run the hell out of the CEN and leave an American mark on london they won't forget...LOL.... :jk: don't deface or vandalize other countries....cause that would be wrong....

No doubt a lot of us Savage owners will fight to the death arguing it's durability. It is. Ya just can't deny it. Especially those of us who used to own Maxxes. Night and day difference. But it does look like a few manufacturers have gotten the hint and are building more durable trucks. But yes, SAVAGES RULE!

I've seen em range from $390 to $440 for the SaVage 25.

I thought my Tmaxx was the poop, and was sooo durable since it now was 90% aluminum. And I thought it was so fast with the .21 big block in it. Then I got my savage. And was soooo pissed I had dropped $1400 into my Maxx to make it half as good as my Savage right out of the box. The trucks dependablity is just unreal.

Personally, I like SALVAGE'S because I can get parts cheap! I didn't realize there was a R/C called SALVAGE, so I don't know why anyone would prefer that over a SAVAGE or a REVO.

:ponder2: Easy to answer...

Durable,bashable,beatable... parts can be found in any Hobby shop,so many hop ups you can dress an army of Savages.

And it is forgiving to newbie style ...erratic driving. You probably saw vids of bad landings upon bad landings and these kept comming back for more :whip:

Oh yeah also the REVO is a great basher/racer. Also popular, again great parts support and easy to get replacement parts
