Well Last night at the comp I noticed that while in 4WD my rear wheels were slipping a little not fully engaging so I decided to take my DNA DIG apart and this is what I found.

One extremly worn out main out put cog that is extremly ramped, I guess I need to stop enagaging/disengaging under power so much, LOL!!!:D

Actully it was working quite well just recently started slipping, SNG said it is probably from going in and out of 4WD under power, but all my 3RD chanel positions are set perfect with no humming from the servo... I say it's just wear and tear been to a lot of comps and crawling a lot, and now with a 45T motor and a 8 cell saddle pack I am putting it through a little more abuse:whhooo: Luckly I had a spare so I am all good and its fixed and ready for the next round of comps or just plain old practice.
