when i get my savage runing and drive it around but every time when i come to hit the break's it always die's, i think it might be the sevo setting on the servo if it is I'm not to sure what to do?:ponder:

dan.

Check your idle stop screw. More than likely, when you hit the brakes the carb is closing completely and killing the engine.

it definitely not your servo settings...
as candle suggested, check your idle setting. make sure the opening stays at roughly 1-2mm with breaks fully engaged. if its less than that, that probably the reason.

but when i adjust the idle stop screw my car seems to stick on the quite hight rev's after from idle, i just aclerate a bit and it sticks on the same amount of revs. eg a car does 1,000 revs in nutral when you rev it goes back to 1,000, but on my sav it sticks?

ill try agjusting the idle screw again to see if that does anything.

I don't believe that's an issue with the idle stop. If it's sticking, it's either the carb that's sticking, or your neutral throttle trim is off. The idle stop should be set so that if you take your finger and close the carb as far as it will go the engine will still idle comfortably. If it's sticking, it's something else.

iv'e forgot how to make the carb keep in the idle postion when i press my breaks it dies so could anyone help please?

Who is candle?

This sounds like and issue with your idle screw and your low speed needle. Make sure the neutral position on your radio puts the carb slide against the idle screw.
