I'm on my 4th rebuild...the last rebuild lasted 10mins. its not like I'm landing from 200ft or anything, This i got it running..warmed it up and starting cruising around then noticed the rear wheels werent driving, only the front.

I was trying to buy the kyosho shims to take out the slop , but none of the LHS even carry kyosho parts anymore. Some said that kyosho pulled all their parts.I know i can order online but why is the thing giving me soo much trouble? I've had 30K oil in front and back and the front never gave me any probs. and also have replace the diff cup in rear too. any help ?

You know that most makers offer shim kits. Have you looked around? VB also has a good point.

i just pulled the engine out , while I'm at it...i noticed the carb is loose and will turn easily. I removed the screw holding it, but i can't get it out. I pulled up on it and used a flathead screwdriver to lever it out but its not budging. how do i get it out ?

:ponder2: To take out a bad carb, unscrew the screw, that tightens the card and hit the screw hole on both sides of the case with a small screw driver and a hammer. and it should losen.

you can try aluminum diff cups when the plastic flexes it will strip the gears, diffs to carbs in one tread....
