I am and I got a new secret weapon on my Maxx.........the new Sirio 2.5 pipe. Muhahahha fo all those who have not tried that pipe on their 2.5's you are really missing something. I was leary to try another pipe because all they say at Traxxas is the stock one is the best and you will damage your engine with anything else.........lies all lies!:radio: :jet:

I've got my fingers crossed for Sunday. The weather may leave us with some dry clay finally, but the whole "Father's Day" thing may keep me at the house anyway. :(

had no idea siro made 2.5 hopups

They make a piston and sleeve for the 2.5 also. When I wear this one out that will be my replacement. Seems like since your the father it should be your day. Go race Rob and stop being such a wimp. I'm not trying to be mean but a man leads his family and once you start to assume the role with authority the family including the wife will follow and like it. They are looking for you to take this role so do it! I am serious. Try being a peepee for a week and see what happens.

From tomorrow I have 9 family members coming for 10 days :lick:
My Little Bro is getting hitched up next Sat.

So much for anything more than showing my RCs to them. Last time they all wanted to drive. (NFW) Ill hide them. and drag out the Frisbee.

No racing for 2 weeks.:bored:

ouch!!!! I'd want to kill myself!!! espically since the weather is so nice!!!

Being a peepee only worked in the 1950's and that's only because getting divorced wasn't socially acceptable.

It's also not about standing up to my wife and being the lord and master of my house, but more about trying to not be so selfish.

Father's day isn't for Dads to do what they like, but to enjoy that which makes them Fathers, their children. My kids are what it's all about. I'm not going to go to the track and leave them Father-less on "Father's day".

Then, the selfish part comes into play. The wheels on my buggy haven't touched the clay on the track yet and I'm aching to run on it. It makes this big "do what's right or do what feels good" debate you know.

I think I'll end up doing what's right. There will be other dry weekends this summer to race.

-Rob
