The install is required to run with admin privileges, but there is no install.exe only Setup and that doesn't give me the admin option.

I've also tried that. At the VERY END of almost an hour install with 2 discs, I get error 1603 and a rollback, or error 1702 which means there's a registration error because of a previous install.
I have NO other options but a failed install, and I've been doing hours of research and downloads trying to get around this.
Brand new computer with a fresh install of win7 from a new disk, and Microsoft tells me I have to pay for support or contact the computer manufacturer. Well, that would be me. I built it.
How does MS give support if you bought the OS on disc instead of OEM?

Did you buy a full version of Win 7 or did you buy an OEM version for system builders? If it is a full version or an upgrade, Microsoft is supposed to support it. OEM is on you.
