Look like imex tires, but after looking at their site, I don't see all the MT tires they used to sell.

Found some looking similar:

I was pretty sure they used to sell 3.8" tires for revo rims and some 40 series for standard MT rims along with the 3.2" standard MT rim tires.

Their site stinks... lol. I looked through all the tires by using the menu and didn't see any for revo rims, but if you search for "38", you will find them.

I guess they aren't exactly the same, but I'm pretty sure the ones your asking about are imex.

Yea I saw those and the Micky Thompson aluminium rims. I dunno if I want to spend $290 on tires and rims.

Stock revo are 3.8. I'm not sure what the rims required are for those. Email imex and see if they get back to you.
