The things people do in their spare time. Looks like "jix" or whomever he is got bored over in TRAXXAS-land. I couldn't imagine why.

If you don't want to be associated with this board "jix", then I suggest you go away. Two reasons: 1. We wouldn't want your stink on us. 2. You haven't brought anything productive to this forum.

If your purpose is to come over and stir the pot, you can go back to the rest of the idiot cronies at TRAXXAS and report that you succeeded. The problem with your success is that you have just reinforced the reason most of us left that site in the first place.

As for a bunch of toads who got banned and formed a forum of their own...you need to bone up on your research buddy. This site existed prior to most of the stupidity that occurs now daily on the TRAXXAS site. The early membership of this forum was built up by a bunch of sharp RC modelers who wanted to make another forum. It was after we did this and started referencing this forum on the TRAXXAS site that the real fun began.

Many of us got tired and left. Some got ticked because good information that they posted and invites to check out another forum got deleted for that invite. Overall, the preponderance of individuals over here that bear ill will to the TRAXXAS site and its MODs have good cause.

Any MOD who can not take people having bad opinions of them needs to rethink why he or she took the job on. Being a MOD is not a popularity contest...heck life in general is not a popularity contest. People are not always going to think highly of others; especially when they do things that in their opinion are wrong. For a group of MODs to get together and target a group of people for not liking them, that is prejudicial and stupid.

Any organization that backs such individuals is either unaware of the problem or similiarly stupid. In this case, TRAXXAS is losing customers. It may be small numbers at this point and beneath the radar of such a large company, but this kind of bleeding starts slow and ends up fast as public opinion grows in force.

"jix", I say you are welcome here as we tend to take in everyone, but be very careful on what you spout off about. You might find that the argument coming from the other side is equally compelling and based on fact not heresy.

Well Said Sky, as for you being in dorkville, fine, but remember this Jix, YOU CAME OVER OF YOUR OWN FREE WILL. No one is keeping you here and no one has told you to leave. Do me a favor goto the Traxxas board and try half the crap you just pulled here. You wouldn't get far, atleast here you have the freedom to voice your opinion within reason. Yes, being vulgar will get you spanked a little but otherwise you have reaped the benifits of a very flexible board.

Les, I missed the Nitro Tacklebox saga.

I too have had my share of minor problems, mostly editing LMAO and deleting topics in the Rustler forum from long time posters. I decided it was just best for me to sit back stop posting. No need to risk losing business by getting a black eye.

BTW, nice site and message boards.

I will be sure to make it a regular stop and say hello.
