Which way does Traxxas 3.3 piston go in?

Tore my traxxas 3.3 down and didn't pay no attention now I need to know which way my piston goes in

It goes with the recess in the piston skirt facing the carb. And also if you took the rod off the piston, the side with the oil holes drilled into the rod faces the same direction. (towards the clutch),
