Depends - what do you want to do and where do you plan on running your vehicle?
Truggies have a lot less ground clearance that a Monster Truck, so if you're looking to run on grass at all, I'd go Savage.
If you have a track nearby, a truggy like the Hellfire would be a fun ticket.

couldnt of said it better my self riz.
Honestly though, with all the truggies out there, you'd be better off looking somewhere else for a truggy for racing. The hellfire was HPI's attempt before they became HPI/HB. Now with the HB D8T, the hellfire is a bit in the dust.
Savage is a great rig for bashing though.
