Which Hump Pack Battery & Charger?

I was looking at this hump pack battery and charger for my new Savage X:

Will this work or is there a better recommendation? There's not very many out there that come with the charger. Thanks...

That's a decent pack but wall chargers are slow. You will notice a big difference if you buy a real charger. More runtime and more power. You can pick up a good 5-8 cell NiCd/NiMh charger for around 30-40 bucks. That will charge your roto battery too. A wall charger takes 12 hours or more to fully charge a 1200 mah pack. A decent charger will do it in 30 minutes.

Look into a Dynamite Prophet Sport AC/DC charger. $30 and will do anything short of LiPO. I charge my RX packs a 2 amps and it does the trick for me in no time flat!

You will still need a RX pack but those can be had anywhere for around $20-$25.

I finally found a HPI brand hump pack battery and wall charger on Ebay for like 24 bucks for both so that wasn't too bad. What is an RX pack for?

Rx pack = Receiver Pack = Hump Pack
