Where to find colored wheels/rims?

I have been trying to find some colored wheels/rims for the touring cars but can't find anything. I am looking for either some bright orange or green rims like you see on the buggies.

Anyone seen any 26mm orange or green touring car wheels? I don't want the Hot Works stuff. I heard that they are for show only and not for actual use.

One of the mags had an article not too long ago about using RIT dye on chrome wheels, they looked pretty cool. The color depends on your taste and how long you leave them in the dye for.

DL, just buy some white ones and dye them. Use rit dye, you can find it at wal-mart, and food stores too. There is a large selection of colors you can choose from.

Ok, thanks for the info. I will give the dye a chance, however I want the bright flourescent colors and the dye won't give me that bright shade of color.

Here are some dyed wheels I just found on RPM's webpage. The colors are just a little too dark for me.

However, here are some of their pics of their chrome wheels which have been dyed.

The colors are not bright enough for what I want to do, but they are still nice. I will probably try dyeing some chrome wheels anyway. So no one has seen any flourescent color wheels?

if you have access to an airbrush or paint gun just coat whatever rims you want wiht some createx auto air and lear it up wiht an automotive grade clear this was you can add all the bells and whistles of sparkles and stuff like that!
