The pull start for my dynamite .21s broke and I get find one for sale anywhere! Horizon says they're back ordered and every other place I looked doesn't even carry them, does anyone know where I can get one, or are there any other ones that will work with this engine?

Is it the cord that snapped?

I can't seem to find some anywhere, checked ebay tower hobbies and couple of other rc place, but nothing at all, wasn't the dynamite engine discontinued??

You can replace with other brand. I think tthey are same with LRP big block engine, sh or xtm.

It wouldn't retract anymore so I took it off to check it out and the spring came undone and when I was recoiling it, it snapped, and the engine shouldn't be discontinued since it came in a brand new ecx buggy I bought just a couple days ago, also thanks for the help, I emailed horizon hobby about it and am waiting to hear back, worst case scenario, ill be getting a starter box earlier than expected

I'd call them, Horizon has outstanding customer service. They've replaced countless parts for me, including sending me a brand new RTF heli (without having me send my old one in).

hhhmmmmmm... let me go check my hobby room, i think i MIGHT have one. If not, If i find one online somewhere ill post it here.

Is there something special about it? There are .21 pull starts all over the place.

yeah, its not just a straight pullstart, it bolts up to a pullstart backplate which houses the weirdest looking one way bearing I've ever see, then all that bolts to the engine

You got a dynamite part number for it? I will try to find one and let you know what i find.
