Where do I go to see and input feedback?

I found the trader feedback link and I can see the different percentages, etc., but I cannot find where I can SEE the actual feedback nor can I find where I can add my feedback. What am I missing or not seeing?

Go to the user's profile and click on trader rating. when you get there there is alink to add feedback. Just make sure you have the link to the thread where you did your transaction because its needed.
