  1. Bashing
hi,I'm wondering which will be better hop up,few people told me that you can only have one so which one is more likely to be more use full for bashing?
I'm running an Traxxas Revo 2.5 stock for now but not for long...
thanks for looking

I would say the wheelie bae is the better investment. For bashing you are not worried about downforce for the back tires much. But a wing that is build correctly can also function like a wheelie bar sometimes.

I'm gonna turn my 2.5 revo into a platinum. so that means wing and everything. also i intend to race/ light bash it. I'm not gonna do huge jumps or anything. I'm just gonna race at the track or my dad at the park

i would say wing because if you get a good one it will act as a wheely bar and if you flip the truck it will act as good pretection for the back and part of the top of the body

that's what I was thinking and also I don't think that Wheelie bar would really help to do wheelies on off road....I't could make it be even whorst and I got a 1/8 buggy with an Wing and it works great as a protection for other parts....
and also they both cost similar but most people will get more out of Wing.
Better handling
Protection for other parts
may work as an Wheelie Bar
Looks better as well and gives more aggression to the truck

so I think that I will go with the wing.

good choise lol...and i find it beter to learn how to control the throttle so it dosn't wheely then to rely on a wheely bar...unless on a drag car lol(then you want wing and wheely bar)

DEFINATELY a +1!

First, most revo's don't have a huge wheely problem unless you overtighten your slipper clutch and a wheely bar does nothing but help prevent back flip overs and serve no secondary function whatsoever. Secondly from what i have seen from vehicles with them on, they get in the way a lot oddly enough.

A wing, asthetically pleasing even if it does nothing aerodynamically to the vehicle but more important, it is a huge piece of protection. It's almost like adding a roll bar to protect your engine head.

and thank you for backing me up lol

Not sure about the Traxxas wing kit, but I know the Teckno mount with a Proline wing are a tough combo to beat.

yeah, when I got my Revo on top speed it was hella hard to turn and not flip over,I had to lower down my Revo otherwise it couldn't take any corner with out flipping over...

it works great,I see some more handling and also it work super as an wheelie bar, great buy very recommended and also very tough, many jumps and few landed wrong and sill in great shape.
