Here is the image I am using on my machines...kind of pride in my former squadron...considering I was in 601 when the picture was taken. This was taken when we returned from deployment...the photographer was one of the pilots in one of the other two aircraft in the formation.

Hey Digger,

I have been there too. So close to buying one... just never pulled the trigger.(Pardon the pun) I ended up buying a glock that day, and now own 3 of them. (9mm, .40, .45) Maybe one of these days a Kimber will grace the safe.

Save your money on the Kimber and by a Springfield....dollar for dollar, quality, and service from the company are bar none superior then Kimber is anymore....

I work in the gun industry and you could not *give* me a Kimber anymore....10 years ago? yes...current crap...not even close....It is sad because they used to be a great gun...
