whats wrong with my tune

its 75 degrees outside I'm running the rig around 225 to 240 i can't apply full throttle with out it bogging down and shutting off help plse

If it's been properly broken in and ready for performance tuning, yes, it will.

I'm pretty sure i broke it in right and it used to stand up when i first would start it up then as it gets warm it would stop. how can i really tell if there is nothing wrong with the engine?

By tuning it properly.
By eye, by ear, by smoke and performance, and temp.
